Who can join PSE?	UMD students of all majors are welcome to join PSE. Sophomores, Juniors, and second-semester Freshmen with at least a 3.0 GPA are encouraged to come to our recruitment events.
How does recruitment work?	In the first few weeks of each semester, PSE will hold multiple open recruitment events that showcase the professional, service, and brotherhood aspects of the fraternity. Fill out the interest form and follow us on Instagram (@umdpse) to keep up to date with they event details as they become available! There will be two invite-only events and an application sent out to potential new members who exhibit the qualities and values that PSE is looking for.
Why should I join a professional fraternity?	Professional fraternities provide opportunities for professional development, community service, and joining a close-knit community with the same interests. PSE has resume workshops, interview prep, and alumni connections that enhance the professional skills of all of our members. Professional business fraternities are also co-ed, which is different from social greek life at UMD.
Can I join PSE if I am already in a sorority/fraternity?	Students who are in a social sorority or fraternity can also join a professional business fraternity.
Can I attend recruitment events for multiple business fraternities?	Yes- we encourage potential new members to look at all of the business fraternities during recruitment.
